Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is ensured through a clearly structured test development process as well as through both qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the results:

  • Constructing the first version of the test.

  • Review by experts: Suggested changes are discussed during meetings and incorporated into the test versions by developers.

  • Review of the revised, second version of the test.

  • Pretesting: Practical testing of materials followed by qualitative and quantitative evaluation.

  • Revision of the tests based on the pretesting evaluation.

  • Preparation of the final version and comprehensive training of the assessors.

  • Administration of the exam and professional assessment of candidate performance.

  • Post-exam evaluation: Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results.

  • Drawing of conclusions based on all collected data.

  • Final Decision: The examination board decides on any necessary changes to the exam and its future implementation.
